Manchester is coming back to life. The days of misery at the time of Dikens are gone. The fear and sense of dead-lock of the 80 years of 20th century and Joy Division pessimism are gone. In the last 25 years the city has developed absolute nonchalance and almost dizzy attitude to entertainment.
Manchester as a city has started the industrial revolution. It begins to step back from the years of tension and hard work and recourse to chic, entertaining works of young authors. But “Manchester” is more than empty talk for football and high-class loud parties. It is a shelter of many museums, elegant restaurants and excellent shopping malls.
